At ElysianNxt, marketing is about understanding the financial services industry and building awareness about how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join us in the role to support bringing the ElysianNxt name to global markets and drive audience engagement through impactful marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will bring marketing ideas to life across multiple channels to support business growth. Responsibilities

Assist in bringing marketing campaigns to life across digital channels including LinkedIn, the company website, search engines, and email.
Support offline channels such as sales materials and company events.
Manage social media and content calendars to keep our messaging timely, relevant, and engaging.
Optimize marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Design compelling marketing visuals using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma, tailored for different platforms and campaign goals.
Craft clear, engaging copy that communicates ElysianNxt’s products, culture, and value propositions.
Coordinate and deliver impactful events, webinars, and company activities with internal and external partners.
Continuously explore new marketing and design trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

Qualifications

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in marketing, commercial, business, or strategy roles, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

Skills

A creative eye with strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over the quality of your work.
Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite — or the drive to get there fast.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, across both written materials and team collaboration.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive approach to work — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and assess the performance of executed marketing campaigns.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Presentation skills.
